Shipping, Returns & Exchanges Policy

PART A — SHIPPING

1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland (NI) only. We do not offer shipping outside these regions at this time.

 

If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

 

2. Processing Time

All of our products are handmade with care, and many items are made to order. Please allow 1–3 working days for your order to be processed and prepared for dispatch.

 

More detailed or customised designs may require additional processing time. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate you.

 

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

 

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

The table below outlines our shipping rates and estimated delivery timeframes. Delivery time estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order meets the qualifying threshold.

 

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your exact location and carrier workload.

 

4. Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, a tracking reference will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. Please note that not all shipping options include tracking. If you require tracked delivery, please select a tracked shipping option at checkout.

 

5. Customs & Import Charges

As Northern Ireland sits outside the Republic of Ireland for customs purposes, orders shipped from ROI to NI may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import charges upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

 

Customs processing can occasionally cause additional delays. We have no control over customs procedures and cannot be held responsible for associated delays or charges.

 

Please note: refusal to pay applicable import duties or customs charges does not entitle the buyer to a refund of the product cost or shipping fee.

 

6. Delays Beyond Our Control

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by our shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

       Shipping carrier delays or disruptions

       Customs or border processing times

       Public holidays in the destination region

       Severe weather or other events beyond our control

 

We will always communicate any known delays as promptly as possible.

 

7. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

 

If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once processing has begun.

 

PART B — RETURNS & EXCHANGES

8. Our Products & Handmade Variations

All of our floral products are handmade with care. As each item is made to order and created especially for you after purchase, slight variations in colour, shape, or arrangement are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered faults.

 

To help you choose with confidence, we provide clear photos and videos showing size, colour, and design as accurately as possible. Please review all product descriptions and visuals carefully before purchasing. Please be aware that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions.

 

9. Made-to-Order & Custom Items

Made-to-order and custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive faulty, damaged, or significantly different from the product description provided at the time of purchase.

 

10. Order Cancellations

As our products are handmade and made to order, we can only accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, production may have already begun and we are unable to cancel or refund the order.

 

To request a cancellation, please email us as soon as possible at the address below, quoting your order number.

 

11. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include clear photographs of the issue in your message. We will offer a replacement or a refund depending on the circumstances.

 

For items damaged in transit, please also retain all original packaging as this may be required for a carrier claim.

 

12. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following:

       Change of mind

       Colour or size preferences where accurate product information was provided

       Minor handmade variations in colour, shape, or arrangement

       Damage caused after delivery

 

13. Approved Returns & Return Postage

If a return has been approved by us, the following conditions apply:

       Items must be unused and in their original condition

       Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit

       Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

       We recommend using a tracked postal service for all returns

 

Items that are damaged during return due to inadequate packaging cannot be refunded. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit where a tracked service was not used.

 

14. Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please wait the following number of working days from your dispatch confirmation before contacting us:

       Republic of Ireland: 5 working days

       Northern Ireland: 7 working days

 

After this period, please get in touch and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

 

15. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Irish or UK law, including your rights in respect of faulty, misdescribed, or unfit-for-purpose goods. If you have received a product that is faulty, not as described, or damaged in transit, you may be entitled to a remedy under these protections.

 

Please contact us in the first instance and we will work to resolve any issue fairly and promptly.
