We specialise in handmade floral accessories and floral home décor, including artificial flowers/floral hair clips, floral photo frames and decorative floral wall frames, etc. Many of our items are made to order.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, shape, or design may occur and are not considered faults. We make every effort to display products accurately through descriptions, photos, and videos; however, colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted once payment has been successfully processed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.

All purchases are subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Prices & Billing

Prices are shown in the applicable currency and do not include shipping, taxes, customs duties, or import charges unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time without notice.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the EU and the UK only. Order processing time is 3–10 working days, depending on the complexity of the product. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Made-to-order items are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged.
